1. Who we are
Care at Home Spa (“we”, “us”) is a home-service spa serving Dubai and Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and when you book with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information you give us
Our booking and review forms do not save your details on this website. When you submit a form, your details are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device, and nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp.
When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the information you choose to share, which may include:
- your name and phone number
- your area, address, hotel or building so our therapist can reach you
- the treatment, duration, date and time you would like
- health information you choose to share, such as pregnancy or injuries, so the treatment can be adapted safely
- reviews and feedback you send us
3. Information collected automatically
When analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website — for example which pages are viewed, the type of device and browser, approximate location (city level) and how visitors arrived. IP addresses are anonymised. We also record clicks on our WhatsApp, phone and email links so we know which pages help people get in touch.
Google Analytics uses cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
4. Spam protection
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is submitting them. Turnstile may process technical information such as your IP address and browser characteristics for this purpose only, under Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
5. How we use your information
We use your information only to:
- arrange, confirm and deliver your booking
- adapt your treatment to your needs and comfort
- reply to your questions and feedback
- publish a review only if you have sent it to us for that purpose
- improve our website and services using anonymous analytics
6. Sharing your information
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the therapist assigned to your booking, and with service providers that help run this website and our communication — WhatsApp (Meta), Google Analytics, Cloudflare and our website host — each under their own privacy terms. We may disclose information if required by UAE law.
7. How long we keep it
We keep booking conversations only as long as needed to provide our services and handle any follow-up, then delete them. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it, by emailing careathomespasupport@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable UAE data protection law.
9. Security
This website is served over a secure HTTPS connection. We limit access to your booking details to the people who need them to serve you.
10. Children
This website is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children online.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
